Now those innocent kids can't go to the MLA's village 2.5 km away, and their education has been snatched away. Yogi ji, is being poor a crime?   1. Jagdeep Chokkar talked about SC’s suggestion to ECI on SIR. SC is not able to give a directive to ECI as both are Constitutional bodies. SC suggested ECI to consider adding Ration Cared, Voter ID Card & Adhaar Card to the 11 list of Documents. SC has not struck the directive of ECI to ask 11 Documents as unconstitutional. What might happen is on the day of collecting documents on 28th July, Govt will say we collected 99.5 % documents sighed by people. On the day of elections there will be huge problems at Polling Booths if large number of Voters are deleted. Kapil Sibal the Lawyer said 1 Crore Biharis are working out side the State and they can not give any documents. They will certainly visit their villages for voting as Indian Voters consider Voting as their earnest right & duty. There will be total disquiet at election Booths.
