The person who has made fake video of Bhagwant Mann has made another video with a look-alike of Arvind Kejriwal and planning to release around Punjab Election.

This person's name is Jagman Sapra and he is based in Canada.

He is wanted in Punjab for a crypto currency scam named 'Khalsa Coin'.
