The clinics established in Punjab Govt-owned buildings will maintain their original name and branding if they are fully state-funded. In contrast, clinics created in partnership using the NHM’s 60:40 funding model will adopt a co-branded approach.

Fantastic Judgement of the SC on punitive Demolitions which were demolishing the rule of law! SC has ordered that no demolitions w/o provable notice of at least 2 weeks, hearing the notice & giving him at least 15 days to challenge demolition order. Any violation by officers will lead to their penalization & recovery of damages from their pockets. This will hopefully put the brakes on this ‘Bulldozer Justice’.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, on instructions from the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), had personally asked Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Director Alok Verma to withdraw his request to investigate the controversial ₹60,000 crore Rafale fighter jet deal, sources close to the benched CBI chief have confirmed.
It has been reliably learnt that Alok Verma had started a preliminary enquiry in the Rafale deal and had even written a letter to Union Defence Secretary Sanjay Mitra, seeking some crucial files of the 36-fighter jet deal between India and France.
According to sources, income tax raids that took place on October 23 have, in further investigations, uncovered ₹150 crore worth of unaccounted transactions. In addition to the unaccounted transactions, ₹3 crore in cash and jewellery were seized during the raids.
Over 10 bank accounts belonging to the Ratnam Group and Nyalkaran Group have been sealed.
