US SEC seeks Indian govt’s help in $250 million Adani bribery probe The US SEC told a New York district court on Wednesday that as the Adanis are based out of India, the regulator had sought help from India's law ministry to serve its complaint to the Ahmedabad-based business tycoon. As per the Hague Convention, inter country Civil courts can ask for documents and legal procedures and USA has done that as per the Hague ‘Foreign Public Documents ‘ act.
    If not dome by Modi, there may be further Sanctions from USA and investments from Foreign Countries will be adversely affected.

    Adani wanted Airports, Modi’s law enforcement agencies raided and initiated probe against the Group managing Mumbai Airport. The Group handed over Mumbai airport to Adani.

    Adani wanted Coal mines, Modi disposed with all necessary administrative tweaks, overcoming all the environmental concerns.

    Adani wanted Dharavi Redevelopment Project (DRP), Modi ensured the opposition Government in Maharashtra isn’t a hurdle.

    Adani wanted extra land in Mumbai under the pretext of DRP, Modi ensured he gets it, by amending the Salt Act permitting the usage of Salt Pan lands for DRP.

    Adani wanted to sell electricity to Bangladesh, Modi obliged with all the rules modified in favour of Adani’s business.

    Bangladesh decided against procurement of expensive electricity from Adani, Modi tweaked rules to enable Adani to sell this expensive electricity in India.

    Adani is indicted over Bribery allegations in USA, with details of beneficiary Indian PSUs and the Individuals mentioned in the indictment. Modi Government sits quiet over the facts mentioned in the indictment.

    Adani wanted Pumped Storage hydroelectric power projects in the Environmentally sensitive western ghats, Modi’s environment Ministry approved the project which will lead to loss of scarce flora and fauna and disturbing the Tiger’s habitat.

    Indian Customs wrote to their foreign counterparts to probe over invoicing of Coal imported by Adani, Modi chose to look away and stifle the probe.

    Modi’s foreign visits and visits of Heads of the States to India, are preceded or followed by business partnerships of Adani and a public/private entity of that Country.

    On the other hand,

    ▪️Indians are getting deported in an undignified manner, with shackles, in Military aircrafts from USA,

    ▪️people died due to crowd mismanagement in Mahakumbh, at railway stations,

    ▪️farmers died protesting the draconian farm laws, they were not allowed to enter Delhi,

    ▪️labourers suffered and even died due to the sudden lockdown in COVID-19 pandemic,

    ▪️people died due to cash crunch, financial distress and related trauma due to sudden announcement of the Demonetization,

    ▪️veterans protesting for One Rank, One pension,

    ▪️educated youth are jobless,

    ▪️Indian PSEs are loosing money,

    ▪️middle class investors loosing wealth due to a biased market regulator,

    ▪️devout, poor Hindus are made to bath in sewage water in the Mahakumbh,

    ▪️Indians taking up other Citizenships are increasing.

    Indian desperately needs a PM who is sensitive to their needs and more importantly fights for their dignity. Not a Corporate puppet.
