Now take a look at these screenshots as well...Honorable Chief Minister @gupta_rekha ji, who is grandly "flagging off" the DJB tankers, their registration dates are telling a completely different story. Some tankers are 1 year 9 months old, some 1 year 10 months... meaning these tankers were already plying on the streets of Delhi. So, the question arises — Why was there a need to repaint them and flag them off again? Was this just an event for the cameras? Or is some other "management" going on behind the scenes?
