If any new business is set up in Punjab, the licenses will be received in 45 days flat. Within 7 days objections are to be sent to the applicant. On the objections being addressed, in a total of 45 days the License & approvals are given.
    If the approval is not given also it is deemed approved if 45 days are over. There will be enquiry on the staff who are responsible for processing. If the business is worth 200 Crores the approvals are given within 7 days.

  1. Is this a lie, ignorance or a challenge to the central government? Delhi CM says “parallel” boards are playing with children’s future! Delhi Education Minister says, it is not logical to have two education boards in the same state! Don't the new rulers of Delhi know that there are 65 national and state level education boards in the country recognized by the Government of India!! 16 States/UTs in the country have more than one Board of Education constituted by the State Governments and recognised by the Central Government. Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh have 3 education boards!! Bihar and Chhattisgarh have 4 education boards, while West Bengal has 5. CBSE and NIOS are national boards under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India. CISCE is a private national board recognized by the Government of India. That means, before Delhi Board of School Education (DBSE), Delhi did not have any board of its own!! So what is illogical if Delhi's only board DBSE co-exists with the national board CBSE? Has the Indian government played with the future of children by recognising three or four education boards in a single state? Therefore, it is not clear whether what Rekha Gupta and Ashish Sood are saying against DBSE is their ignorance or a lie being told to mislead the public? If they do not know that the Government of India has recognised DBSE, and the same Government of India has also recognised more than one State Education Board in many states, then this is a matter of concern. If the BJP government of Delhi is taking such a big decision without knowing the truth, without considering every aspect, then it is actually playing with the future of children… Note: Enclosed is the list of all education boards available on the website of Ministry of Education, Government of India.
