Captain Vikram Batra PVC was an Indian Army officer. He was posthumously awarded the Param Vir Chakra, India’s highest military decoration, for his actions during the Kargil War. On 7 July 1999, Batra was killed while fighting Pakistani troops at Point 4875 in the Kargil district of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir.

Former Chief Minister Atishi and former minister Manish Sisodia shared pictures of roads completely submerged in water. Where people are complaining about the government not taking necessary steps to stop waterlogging.
    In one video, a man is seen swimming on a waterlogged road, while in another video, an AAP supporter is seen rowing a boat in the water. A man pats his back on the flooded road and says, "We are in West Vinod Nagar. Our MLA says there is no waterlogging here. I will show you how to swim here."

Name: Naresh Kumar, former Chief Secretary of Delhi Role: Played a key role in turning Delhi’s new liquor policy into a liquor scam and paralyzing the Kejriwal government Reward: Even a year after retirement, continues to enjoy a government bungalow, vehicle, and facilities! As Delhi’s Chief Secretary, Naresh Kumar was allotted government bungalow number E-1/1, Satya Marg, New Delhi. He was due to retire on November 30, 2023, upon reaching the age of 60. However, in view of his “so-called services,” the BJP-led central government granted him a six-month service extension without consulting Delhi’s Chief Minister. After completing those six months, Naresh Kumar received another three-month service extension from June 1, 2024, which ended on August 31, 2024. In other words, after two extensions, Naresh Kumar’s government service officially ended on August 31, 2024, but he continues to reside in the same government bungalow allotted to him as Chief Secretary. This is the same Naresh Kumar who, within the first three months of his tenure, steered Delhi’s new liquor policy toward a scam, paving the way for a CBI investigation. During the second phase of his tenure, i.e., the nine-month service extension, he completely stalled Delhi’s administration. The Delhi Jal Board and PWD were his primary targets, which led to overflowing sewers, contaminated water, and broken roads becoming the defining features of the AAP government’s final year. This “man-made” or, shall we say, “Chief Secretary-made” narrative and crises resulted in a degree of public discontent against the Kejriwal government, which became a significant reason for the Aam Aadmi Party’s defeat. When Naresh Kumar’s second service extension ended on August 31, 2024, speculations arose that the Modi government would reward his “unprecedented services” with a significant position. However, the queue of aspirants for “special positions” in exchange for “special services” to the Modi government is perhaps too long, including retired judges and retired central secretary-level officers, leaving Naresh Kumar without a position for the past 10 months. But the remarkable thing is that, despite holding no government position, Naresh Kumar continues to occupy a Type VI bungalow in the posh Chanakyapuri area of New Delhi!! While questions were raised even against former Supreme Court Chief Justice Chandrachud for not vacating a government bungalow, And while it is speculated that former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar will soon vacate his bungalow, In such a scenario, the silence surrounding Naresh Kumar’s case speaks volumes. And this silence proves that Naresh Kumar played a far greater role than the ED, CBI, Delhi Police, and Election Commission in enabling the BJP to form a government in Delhi. Hence, he can now live in a luxurious government bungalow in Lutyens’ Delhi with all government facilities for as long as he desires! And this “special facility” granted to him serves as an inspiration to other bureaucrats that if they remain loyal to the Modi government instead of the Constitution, no expense will be spared in rewarding them…
