116 cases related to the Delhi riots, the court has delivered its verdict, and in 97 of them, the accused have been proven innocent…
Out of these 97 acquitted cases, the court found in 93 that, apart from shoddy investigation, the police also presented false witnesses and fabricated evidence!
Meanwhile, the ED has registered 5,892 cases under the PMLA law from 2015 till now, and so far, only 15 people have been convicted!!
The Modi government has been particularly successful in suppressing businessmen, opposition leaders, social activists, and students through these stringent laws.
If the accusation is of money laundering or riots and blasts, the accused is considered a criminal from the very first day.
Courts generally do not grant bail to such accused, and the ruling party's troll army establishes them as criminals..
In such a scenario, the police and investigative agencies feel no need to catch the real culprits or conduct a thorough investigation!!
According to our country's justice system, on one side in the court is the accusation, and on the other side is the accused.
The purpose of a trial is to connect the accused to the accusation through genuine evidence.
It is the responsibility of the investigative agency to prove that the accused presented in court is indeed the real culprit of the crime listed in the charge sheet!
But the reality is that stringent laws like UAPA and PMLA have made the work of agencies very easy.
Just create a case, arrest someone on political or ideological grounds, run a narrative through the media, and the job is done…
And by the time the accused reaches the Supreme Court with their bail plea, years have passed.
Finally, if the accused is acquitted after years, as happened in the Mumbai train blasts or Malegaon blast cases, neither is the police held accountable, nor are the innocent compensated.
But this was not the spirit of the constitution!!
Our freedom fighters did not sacrifice everything to become citizens of the Republic of India instead of subjects of British rule, only for their own government to intimidate its own citizens, weaken them, and keep them in jail for years!!
Laws should exist for justice, not to make the public slaves of the government…

Where is the ₹1 Lakh Crore Loan Taken by AAP Govt Gone?
People often ask: AAP Punjab govt borrowed over ₹1 lakh crore since 2022—where did it vanish? No big projects visible? Let's break it down with facts. It's mostly trapped in a debt cycle from past govts.
AAP's Debt Reality (March 2022 Onwards): Under CM Bhagwant Mann, total gross debt raised ~₹1.32 lakh crore (FY 2022-23 to 2024-25). With estimates to Sept 2025, ~₹1.57 lakh crore. Outstanding debt up from ₹2.82 lakh crore to ₹3.83 lakh crore by March 2025—net rise ₹1.01 lakh crore. Avg annual net increase: ₹33,721 crore.
Shocking Truth: ~80% of this new debt services old loans—paying principal (~35%) & interest (~45%) from pre-AAP eras. Only ~20% left for salaries, subsidies & infra. Like borrowing to pay credit card bills!
How the Debt is Used
Borrowings plug fiscal holes: revenue shortfalls & some capital work. Old principal rolled over with new loans. Based on recent FY data.
Old Principal Repayment: ₹46,200 crore (~35%). Clears pre-AAP legacies, incl. ₹3,500 crore yearly specifics.
Old Interest Payments: ₹59,000 crore (~45%). Eats up revenue.
Total Servicing Trap: ₹1.05 lakh crore (~80%). Swallows 41% of state revenue (e.g., 22.72% interest, 18.37% principal in FY 2022-23).
What's Left (~20%): Covers ongoing deficits (3-4% GSDP) & basics.
Salaries/Pensions: 57-76% revenue share, partly debt-funded.
Power Subsidies: ~23% revenue.
Infra (Roads, Health, Education): Just 15-20% deficit share (~3-5% debt). E.g., ₹25,195 crore budgeted FY 2025-26 (~10% spend).
Bottom Line: 80-85% borrowings for daily ops, not growth.
FY 2025-26 Snapshot (₹49,900 crore new debt):
Principal: ₹18,199 crore (~36%).
Interest: ₹24,995 crore (~50%).
Servicing Total: ~86%.
Leftover ~14%: Projects & subsidies.
The Root: High Interest from Past Govts
Think of debt like a home loan—high rates mean endless payments. Punjab's mess started earlier, forcing AAP to borrow just to stay afloat.
Akali Dal Era (2007-2017): Borrowed at sky-high ~18% (CCL loans). Like maxed-out credit cards piling fees. Why? Short-term cash grabs for subsidies/food, in high-rate economy (RBI 7.5-8%). No fixes—debt ballooned from ₹48,000 to ₹1.3 lakh crore.
Congress Era (2017-2022): Smarter—new loans at 6.82%-7.21%. Like affordable car loans. Renegotiated Akali's 18% CCL to 7.35%—saved ₹3,500 crore on ₹32,000 crore. Overall effective: 7.24%-8.41%. Boost from low RBI rates (4-6.25%), COVID relief, UDAY scheme & central loans ~7%.
AAP Era (2022-Now): New loans at 7-8%—decent, like solid home loans. But stuck with 11-12% legacies. 27% debt floats with market. Effective ~8.2%. Can't match Congress lows due to rising RBI rates (4% to 6.5% post-inflation), inherited burdens & ongoing deficits limiting bargains.
Why Couldn't AAP Break the Cycle?AAP inherited a vicious loop: High old rates + fixed costs (salaries, free power) eat revenue. Market tougher now—no COVID-era cheap money. They're restructuring (aiming 7% caps), but 3-4% GSDP deficits keep borrowing essential. Real fix? Cut subsidies, boost revenue—not easy politically.

India's military will test drone and counter drone systems next month in a major exercise to toughen its air defences, a senior officer said on Tuesday, months after a conflict with Pakistan saw the large-scale use of unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
Since the four-day clash, both neighbouring countries have ramped up drone development in what analysts describe as a drone arms race. India has also announced plans to build an indigenous air defence system, dubbed 'Sudarshan Chakra', by 2035 -- an initiative officials have likened to Israel’s ‘Iron Dome’.
