A group of concerned citizens (mostly mothers) from the ‘My Right To Breathe’ campaign sought a brief 15-minute meeting with the Chief Minister of Delhi, @gupta_rekha , to convey their anguish and present a list of demands regarding the #AirPollution emergency in the capital.     Yet, despite repeated requests, the Chief Minister’s Office has refused to grant an appointment. The latest rejection has come today.

    When the government eviscerates welfare schemes and draws down infrastructure funds, how does it still manage to set the perception that it has been constantly innovating, crafting new policies and doing more?
