    🔴 Timeline of negligence: July 2024, BJP’s own corporator flagged the crisis. Ignored for 6 months. November 2024, file created. December 2025, people dying. January 2026, inquiry ordered. This is governance by corpse count, not prevention.

    🚨 Corruption layer: ₹123 crore Nal Se Jal scam in Gujarat. ₹5.48+ crore siphoned in Navsari; 163 water projects awarded without tenders, 90 shown complete on paper only. Fake documentation. Unapproved contractors. Zero work. Zero oversight.

    Accountability = ZERO. Zero FIRs. Zero arrests of senior officials. Only suspensions after bodies pile up. Token ₹2 lakh compensation to silence families.
    Meanwhile, video footage shows ward councillor swinging in a garden while 1,500+ hospitalized. Water Works in-charge serving food at a party. Bureaucrats sipping bottled water. Citizens drinking poison.
    This is contempt; pure, undiluted contempt for the constitutional right to clean drinking water.
    37.7 million waterborne disease cases annually. 200,000 deaths yearly from unsafe water. 163 million Indians without safe water access. India ranks 120th of 122 nations on water quality. Yet BJP celebrates ‘Swachh’ awards while overseeing systematic poisoning.
