  3. This is a heart-wrenching and shameful incident. In Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Aam Aadmi Party worker Rachna Yadav ji was brutally murdered by being shot dead in broad daylight right outside her home. This incident not only exposes the complete failure of law and order but also raises serious questions about women's safety. Such a heinous crime occurring in the Chief Minister's own assembly constituency is absolutely unacceptable. The culprits should receive the harshest possible punishment. May God grant peace to the departed soul.
