India needs to move towards One Nation, One Medical Treatment, where access to best medical care is available to all, regardless of income or influence.
That is exactly why I questioned the low health allocation in this Budget and demanded a relook in Parliament. In this Budget, health gets around 2% of total government expenditure, roughly ₹1 lakh crore. But the real gap is bigger.
Under the National Health Policy 2017, India committed to spending 2.5% of GDP on public health. In 2026, we are still at around 0.5% of GDP.We are nowhere near our own target.
Other countries understand the value of health spending. Kyonki jaan hai toh jahaan hai. The US spends around 18% of GDP on healthcare, the UK around 12%, Germany around 13%, and countries like Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark, Japan and Spain spend around 10%.
The consequences are visible. Government hospitals are understaffed and under-equipped. Overworked doctors, too few beds, shortages of machines and medicines, and waiting dates that delay treatment.
When families cannot wait, they are pushed to excruciatingly expensive private hospitals. One health emergency then becomes a debt emergency.

5. I raised the critical issue of Water in Parliament today where 70 pcnt of River Water from Punjab is being supplied to other states 10 maf vs total 25 maf. Punjab needs more water as its ground level water have gone down drastically.
I also demanded that Rajasthan must clear over ₹1 lakh crore dues for Punjab’s river water. As the riparian state of Ravi, Sutlej & Beas, Punjab is entitled to seigniorage under the 1927 Gang Canal agreement.
Decades of non-payment since 1956 are unjust. And 1981 agreement for water sharing with rajasthan was never ratified by Punjab Assembly and should be revisited to ensure Punjab doesnot move towards desertification.
Common Indians are paying more income tax in India than corporates !!
In Last Financial Year, Tax collected from Individual common Indian Taxpayers was over ₹11 Lakh Crores.

7. In Parliament, I explained why India must put land & property records on BLOCKCHAIN.
Land records in India are in utter chaos. Ordinary citizens are made to run from pillar to post at registrar offices, while dalals and middlemen capture the system. Circle rates are exploited to fuel cash deals, property tax leakages continue, fake documents and encroachments multiply, and disputes over title never end.
The numbers tell the story:
• 66% of all India’s civil disputes are land disputes.
• 45% of properties lack a clear title.
• 48% are already under dispute.
• India ranks 133 out of 190 in property registration efficiency.
• Even a simple property sale can take 2 to 6 months. When disputes arise, civil courts take 7 years on average to resolve them.
• And 6.2 crore property documents are still pending digitisation.
That is why I argued in Parliament for a National Blockchain Property Register. Time stamped, tamper proof, fully transparent. It can make title verification instant, and ensure every sale, mutation and inheritance is recorded cleanly and traceably in realtime.
Countries like Sweden, Georgia and the UAE have shown what is possible. Transactions can finish in minutes, and dispute rates fall sharply.
India must move from chaos to clarity. From a land record system that creates obstacles to one that prevents them.
